In 2012 I was a struggling co-op student. In 2020 I helped Canada’s fastest-growing tech company grow from 300 to 1000 employees. Some days I still can’t believe that sentence, but it didn’t come easy. Before all that, my dream job was to be a commercial pilot👨‍✈️ When I was in university, I struggled to land co-op jobs when it seemed to come so easy to everyone else around me. In fact, I struggled so much that I went and launched a project with a couple of my best friends to really learn how companies recruit - enter Tabnex.
