I have extensive experience in directly coding & building software products as well as scaling and leading software teams. Recently I worked as a hands on CTO in a start-up (Village) where in addition to my managerial responsibilities I also directly wrote code on a daily basis with a focus on rapid iteration to achieve product/market fit. Earlier I joined Toters (one of the biggest food delivery companies in the Middle East) at the very beginning and built and scaled its tech and product teams from a team of just 3 freelancers to a team of 50+ engineers, QAs, designers, and product managers. I also worked on the evolution of the structure of the team and helped create specialized product squads, DevOps Team, SRE rotation, Platform engineering team, and IT team. During this period Toters scaled its daily orders from about 100 orders a day to around 45,000 orders a day
