With over nine years of experience in operations and project management, I am currently the General Manager of Reliance Delivery Services, a provider of logistics and delivery solutions. I hold an MBA in Marketing and a Six Sigma Yellow Belt and project management certification , and have a proven track record of improving operational efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. In my current role, I oversee and manage all operations within the organization, from purchasing materials and planning inventory, to ensuring compliance and formulating strategic and operational objectives. I also analyze financial data, manage budgets and forecasts, conduct quality controls, monitor KPIs, and recruit, train, and supervise staff. As a result, I have increased the quality of customer service, reduced operational costs, and enhanced overall performance. My ultimate goal is to find ways to deliver value to our customers and stakeholders, and to lead a team of dedicated and skilled professionals.
