Exactly 20 years ago, I started my journey as a visionary leader, life coach, mediator, and speaker. So, here's my two-decade journey wrapped: 🏆 Began as a dynamic leader in hospitality and education sectors - wrapping up the first phase of my leadership journey in hospitality as General Manager and Chairman of the Marriott India Business Council. 🏆Ascended to the role of Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at The Lexicon Group of Institutes, EduCrack & Easy Recruit+. 🏆 Directed the strategic growth, direction, and innovation of Lexicon Group, acknowledged for developing innovative curriculum in India. 🏆 Took on a deep-rooted commitment to empower individuals and organizations through coaching, mediation, and speaking services. 🏆 Delivered talks and sessions worldwide, including a TEDx Talk titled "Believing in oneself is the cornerstone of every victory." 🏆 Earned an MBA from the University of South Wales, an MA in Mediation and Conflict Resolution from Maharashtra National Law University Mumbai, and a Certificate Course in Way of the Bodhisattva from World Centre for Creative Learning. 🏆 Honored with prestigious awards such as the Debbie Marriott Harrison Take Care Award of Excellence and named one of the India Today Top 10 Inspiring Young Business Leaders from India.
