Any organisation's health must be evaluated through organisational assessment and change management, where necessary. I am responsible for restructuring the organisation and working with teams to increase productivity as the organisational development manager for Purity Foundation. For the organisation, I am particularly interested in using technology and metrics to inform team experience and culture initiatives. I work closely with various teams to comprehend their requirements for culture and well-being. I create evaluation tools, training materials, and strategic approaches that have a measurable impact and produce results that are in line with the organisation's business priorities. I provide support through the journey from better understanding and identifying business challenges, through to practical implementation of various solutions. I examine and interpret people data to produce teams insights, highlighting important problems and identifying trends. I take a problem-solving and solution-oriented approach to focus on continuous improvement of the organisation. As the lead researcher, writer, innovative learning product designer and developer at RBC, a creative writing agency, I help clients turn ideas into products. My over 10 years experience in writing and learning design and development has helped me hone my consulting and analytical skills, sales management, B2B services and lead generation and build a loyal customer base through effective communication, customer relationship management and satisfaction.
