I hold a B.Com (Hons.) from Delhi University and completed my CA internship at N.D. Kapur & Company, where I gained hands-on experience in statutory, tax, internal, and special audits, along with taxation and compliance-related work. Additionally, I contributed to a liquidation project for a logistics company with HASK & Company, providing me with exposure to financial restructuring. To expand my expertise beyond accounting and auditing, I pursued an MBA in Finance (Majors) and Operations (Minors) from Institute of Management Technology (IMT), Hyderabad. During my MBA, I interned with Havells India Ltd., working in the supply chain division on warehouse operations, SKU management, and warehouse profiling. I also participated in an international management program (M1 - Masters) at EM Normandie Business School, France, which enhanced my global perspective and cross-cultural collaboration skills. My professional Experience include: PwC : Worked in the Industry Tax Practice team, focusing on U.S. tax compliance and automation projects. Additionally, collaborated with the Assurance team, gaining exposure to financial reporting and audit-related processes. KPMG : Part of the Deal Advisory – Financial Due Diligence (FDD) team, leading end-to-end due diligence on buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions across various industries. Ankura Consulting : Currently specializing in financial due diligence and transaction advisory, assisting clients in evaluating risks, financial performance, and key deal drivers. With a strong foundation in financial due diligence, deal structuring, and strategic decision-making, I continuously strive to enhance my expertise in corporate finance, investment analysis, and risk assessment. Beyond work, I am an avid reader and writer, with George Orwell, Devdutt Pattanaik, and Jean-Paul Sartre among my favorite authors. I am passionate about food, cooking, and photography, and enjoy playing football and badminton. I also love to travel, exploring different cultures, histories, and cuisines.
