Aayush has experience of working at a fast growing fintech in a strategy & operations planning role and had worked earlier at PwC,India as a consultant. He has worked on creating Annual Operating Plans, change management, breaking down business processes to restructure them for greater efficiency as well as team capacity planning & workload optimization. During these projects he managed cross functional stakeholders at various levels including CXOs. He also has exposure to leadership roles in his extracurricular activities. He pursued his MBA from IIM Calcutta and studied computer engineering at NSIT,Delhi. He possesses strong analytical, problem solving skills coupled with strong communication skills. In his spare time he enjoys solving puzzles, sketching while listening to music. Also enjoys spare time with his puppy , re-watching Seinfeld or gaming. Of late he has started dabbling in cooking as well.
