Hi , I am a marketing/Analytics major from IMT Ghaziabad, previously did my Btech from VIT university specialising in Computer science. I have previously worked with IndiaMART as an APM , managing the seller and product recommendations system -- actively working on case studies to improve the seller catalogues/product portfolio to improve the seller satisfaction in form of the better leads and better customer satisfaction as well. Presently , I am working as a PM with Justdial -- managing the Autosuggest , spellcheck and voice search on the Justdial website , Msite and android/iOS apps , working actively to improve the happiness score for the customers for the autosuggest.
