Aayush is a dynamic and results-oriented professional with a passion for policy and innovation. He has a strong background in economics and public policy and expertise in good governance, he has consistently delivered outstanding solutions to complex challenges. His ability to analyze problems, design efficient systems, and implement effective solutions has generated a scalable impact as a Research Associate (CM Fellow)at AIGGPA. He has managed and led a team of 180 people and is facilitating district administration in monitoring and implementation of flagship policies and identifying solutions for the local development issues. He possesses exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling him to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders such as public representatives, District Collectors, NGOs, etc. His natural leadership abilities and strategic mindset have allowed him to successfully manage the CM Youth internship program along with the implementation of policies at the grassroots.
