  To work and connect with Aastha feels like a 1st step choosen to work on me and only me where I'm actually choosing myself whether to fully show my emotion or just to talk about me. A place where 'only me' is being discussed. Clarity which I get is like I don't have to be harsh on myself, when I'm not being on a stranger so why should I be on myself and that I'm also a human and I also need "me" for myself. If I'm being available for everyone else who is going to be available for me. I have seen these emotion regulation activities online but never felt like doing it but during the session it really helped me. Kuch alag sa laga. I felt very light and shant. Bahut hi fresh sa feel hua. I'd surely recommend working with Dr. Aastha because first she is a good and actually empathetic listener, it may because of her profession but there is something which made me feel connected and seen.

  Love this session. Many life coaches make this kind of session so costly but you are taking minimum amount. The way to express is outstanding and you make this session entertaining ,useful and connect to real life .I feel so connected ❤️
