I have ~3 years of experience working across multiple domains in e-commerce and SAAS, undertaking roles like optimization consulting, analytics, user acquisition, retention marketing, etc. I have hands-on experience in using tools like Google Analytics, VWO, Google Optimise, GA4, Shopify, Figma, Balsamiq, Google Studio, Ads Manager, Klaviyo, etc. In my first company, Vahdam India, I took care of the D2C side of things, like analyzing customer journeys to reduce dropoffs, acquisition, and retention channels, and exploring marketplaces in new markets. From Vahdam, I moved on to explore the SAAS side of things and landed in Wingify, where as an optimization consultant, I helped brands from different industries to improve their conversion rates via A/B testing. Having said that, I am looking forward to learning and unlearning many more new things in the product space, solving a lot of other user pain points, and helping products grow by developing a user-first approach.
