🔥 Mission: Elevate how people gather and draw value from each other. My stints across education, program consulting and community-building have all examined this phenomenon from different lenses. 🛠 Approach: Leaning into the renaissance woman in me, which means that I work in the overlap of all the things that I find interesting + I’m good at. This includes: - helping design community strategy & executing great community experiences, - ⁠identifying those abstract obstacles that keep orgs unhappy and wasting potential to solve them using community & culture principles along with no-code tools, - ⁠helping design meaningful careers via personal awareness & a touch of wisdom from experienced folks.
