Follow-Up session will be a subsequent appointment after the initial meeting. It involves continuing discussions, reviewing progress since the last session, and exploring any new developments or challenges. These are an important part of maintaining momentum and ensuring that you're on track with your therapeutic goals and for individuals who might not have a lot to discuss, just a surface level discussion on what to do next.
