This 60-minute interview preparation session is designed for students and early-career professionals preparing for interviews with UN agencies, international NGOs, research organizations, fellowships, consultancies, and development-sector roles.

The session can include:

• Mock interview questions and practice
• Understanding competency-based interview styles
• Structuring strong responses using experience and examples
• Communicating academic, advocacy, research, or volunteer work effectively
• Navigating confidence, clarity, and professional positioning
• Guidance on interviews within international development and interdisciplinary spaces

The aim is to help you approach interviews with greater preparedness, clarity, and confidence while understanding what organizations may be looking for in early-career applicants.
