Career Guidance for Students with Aarav Mehta

Choosing a stream, a college, a first job or a career change is hard, especially when everyone around you has a different opinion. This session gives you a practical view from someone who has made those decisions and lived with the results.

I studied mechanical engineering at BIT Mesra, moved into analytics at Axis Bank and TransUnion CIBIL, did my MBA at ISB, and now work in AI consulting. I've seen several career paths up close, and I'll tell you honestly what they involve.

We can talk about:

• Choosing a stream or specialisation after Class 10 or 12

• Engineering, analytics, finance, consulting and other careers: what the work actually involves

• Choosing between colleges, courses and entrance exams

• Internships, first jobs and building a strong profile in college

• Whether, when and where to do an MBA

• How AI is changing the job market, and which skills will matter

Who it's for: students from Class 9 to final year of college, young professionals, and parents who want an outside perspective on their child's options. Parents are welcome to join the session with their child, or to book on their own.

Before the call: share the student's current class or course, interests, and the main questions you want answered, so we can make the most of the time.
