About me
Frequently asked questions
Is this the same as therapy or counselling?
No. I'm not a licensed therapist or clinical psychologist — I offer peer companionship and lived-experience mentorship, as someone who has walked this path myself. If you need clinical, medical, or legal support, I'll be honest about that and encourage you to seek it alongside our sessions
Who is this for?
Any woman navigating separation, divorce, or another hard life transition — whether you're right in the middle of it, just starting to process it, or further along and still rebuilding.
What happens in the Discovery Call?
It's a short, no-pressure first conversation. We say hello, you share a little about what you're going through, and I walk you through how I work — so you can decide if this feels like the right space for you before committing to anything further.
How is the 1st Session different from Regular Sessions?
The 1st Session is where we really get to know each other — understanding your situation in depth and shaping a path forward together. Regular Sessions build on that: going deeper into what's coming up for you and working through it step by step.
Is everything I share confidential?
Yes. This is a safe, judgment-free space. What you share with me stays between us
Do you take sessions in Hindi or English?
Both — whichever language you're most comfortable expressing yourself in, we can go with it.
Can I choose audio instead of video?
Yes. Some days talking feels easier than being on camera — whatever helps you show up as you are.
How often should I book sessions?
That's entirely up to you and what feels supportive. Some people prefer weekly sessions during a tough stretch, others space them out. We can figure out a rhythm that works for you.
