In some consulting cases, you just need to talk it through with someone who's been there. This session is an open case discussion, and it works for two very different situations:

  1. If you're a consulting aspirant: Bring a practice case you found hard, a case type you can't crack (market entry, profitability, pricing, M&A, unconventional cases), or one from a real interview that didn't go well. We'll deconstruct it together - the structure, the math, the insight you missed - so the learning actually sticks. This is not a mock under exam conditions; it's a working session where you can stop, ask, and go deep.
  2. If you're a working consultant: You're staffed on an engagement and something isn't clicking - the problem structuring, the storyline, the analysis plan, a difficult client dynamic, or how to push back on your manager's approach. As a former Bain & Company consultant with 13 years in business and financial consulting, I'll be a confidential thought partner to pressure-test your thinking and help you find the sharper path. (We'll work at the level of approach and structure - no confidential client data needed.)

Either way, you'll leave with clearer thinking than you came in with and a repeatable way to approach similar problems next time.
