Aanchal is a development professional with expertise in project management and, analytics for monitoring and evaluation experienced in working across both grassroots and international NGOs. She has led strategy planning, implementation and capacity building for projects across the sectors of women's economic empowerment, natural resource management, and community institution building, and has led analytics in designing equity based demand solutions, and monitoring and evaluation frameworks for the immunization portfolio of CHAI India. Being a public policy enthusiast she has collaborated with stakeholders, across the government at different tiers and the larger not-for-profit sector to implement flagship public programmes like Panchayati Raj, MGNREGS, SGSY and UIP. She has also recently led the capacity development vertical of a South Asian consulting firm gaining valuable experience working with USAID partners in West Africa. She is academically trained in development studies and political science, and will be shortly starting with the Dual Master of Public Administration program at the School of Public Policy of LSE and School of International and Public Affairs of Columbia University to further her interests in studying the intersection of gender, access and inclusion, and public policy.
