My last employment was with Briq as a Professional Services Consultant, where I worked with clients to understand their business requirements and implement customized ERP solutions that meet their needs. Before this, I served as a Project Manager at Mitratech India LLP, where I created implementation project plans, provided issue tracking and escalation of critical issues, and ensured timely issue resolution. As an Implementation Project Coordinator at Mitratech India LLP, I prepared training material, conducted onboarding and refresher training for clients, and maximized revenue opportunity by referring client opportunities to Sales identified during the onboarding process. I have also worked as a Business Analyst at Quantum BSO and Tech Private Limited, where I worked collaboratively with team members to design solutions that met clients’ business requirements and fulfilled user requirements.
