Board Games Meetup

This is a fully hosted board games session where I take care of the games, setup, and flow, so the group can focus on playing and having fun.

Who this is for

1. Friends and social groups
2. Kids’ birthdays and family gatherings
3. Corporate team outings and offsites
4. Open or private meetups

I’m comfortable hosting small groups of 4–5 people as well as large groups (up to 50 people or more with prior notice)

Games & facilitation

1. I bring my own board game collection
2. Games can range from:
3. Entry-level and beginner-friendly games
4. High-strategy games
5. Party and light-hearted games
6. Social, interaction-driven, and team-based games
7. I set up the games, explain the rules, and help run the sessions so even first-time players can jump in easily
8. Games are chosen based on the group size, age, energy level, and what kind of experience you want (chill, competitive, social, chaotic, etc.)

Venue & setup

1. For up to 10 people, sessions can be hosted at my place
2. For larger groups:
3. I can arrange a venue with prior notice, or
4. Host the session at a venue of your choice
5. All I need at the venue are clean tables and chairs suitable for board gaming
6. I’ll bring all required games and materials to the location

Duration & pricing

1. ₹1,500 for a 3-hour session for up to 5 people
2. Larger groups or longer sessions can be discussed and priced separately
3. For big groups, advance notice helps me plan games and logistics better

1. I actively help keep games running smoothly, clarify rules during play, and make sure everyone is included
2. Sessions are suitable for all age groups
3. If you have a specific occasion or theme in mind, we can plan the session accordingly
