My greatest strength has always been challenging the status quo. It has enabled me to chase opportunities that defy convention and create value. My passion for impact at macro-level began at NIUA, where I transformed a summer internship into a year-long, fully-funded engagement under a key initiative by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Government of India. At EY, I have been exposed to various sustainability-driven, large-scale social infrastructure projects funded by large governments and multilateral organizations where I have gained deep insights into the social landscape of the Global South. I am passionate about creating sustainable and scalable impact by addressing critical infrastructural challenges faced by communities at grass-root level and fostering local innovation. As I move forward, I intend to influence global policies, driving systemic change in the emerging economies of the Asia-Pacific region as the Woman Leader of Tomorrow.
