Chemical Engineer by training, a dancer at heart and a lifelong student by choice. A creative problem solver, motivated by intrinsic curiosity and energized through helping my customers achieve their goals of profit maximization, cost minimization or production rate enhancement by formulating appropriate strategies. My passion for learning and my desire to work on challenging projects has led me to work in different roles like R&D, Scale-up & Manufacturing, Operations, and Process engineering all throughout my career. Through my work experience at Samsung, and Honeywell, I have established a deep understanding of the Oil & Gas sector. In addition, my diverse experiences have given me an opportunity to work in vibrant teams comprising of people drawn from across the spectrum of managerial and technical expertise. All these experiences have equipped me with a multicultural skill set and a marked penchant for teams. In addition to learning new things, I am extremely passionate about the cause of women empowerment and am working as a volunteer for a shelter for domestic violence victims.
