I moved back to India after completing my MSc in Organisational Psychology in the UK and working there for a while. I now work in HR and people consulting at Aon in Gurugram. I started having these conversations because people kept reaching out asking how I navigated the move back — the job search, the repositioning, the moments where you feel overqualified on paper but completely lost in the room.
