As a Risk Analyst at Bajaj Finserv, I currently work in the development of credit risk models for several businesses within the organisation. Prior to risk, I have also worked with the app department of the organisation where I led banner sequencing project to optimize user engagement and click-through rates, and developed dashboards that provide comprehensive insights for informed decision-making. I have a strong background in data science, having completed my master's degree from Christ University, Lavasa, and published research papers on recommendation engines, ML models explainability and similar areas. Prior to joining Bajaj Finserv, I applied my data-driven approach to procurement optimization using the PulP library in Python, and developed and implemented a customer churn prediction model at ElasticRun, a logistics company. I also gained valuable experience in the insurance domain as a management trainee at Bajaj Allianz Life, where I handled big data and solved problems with statistical and machine learning modelling. I am proficient in applied machine learning, data analytics using PySpark on Azure Databricks, Python, SQL and R, and have multiple certifications in these areas. I am motivated by solving complex and multifaceted problems, delivering impactful solutions, and enhancing business intelligence and performance.
