Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
A minimum of 24 hour advance notice by email [email protected] or whatsapp 9008752025 is required when cancelling or changing an appointment. This allows for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you give me less than 24 hours advance notice, your entire payment is retained as a cancellation fee.
No-shows
Anyone who does not show up for their scheduled appointment for whatever reason will be considered a no-show and will be charged in full for the missed appointment. This means the entire full session fee is charged with no refunds.
No Refunds
There are no refunds. I will honor your paid session status until/when you can come in. If you had an appointment, as long as you cancel with at least 24 hour notice, you can make another appointment.
