Heyy, I'm Ananya, a trauma-informed psychologist and i promise you, here you will feel truly seen and understood. At my practice at The Comfort Couch, I create a safe and welcoming space where you can be your authentic self. Because I understand that being alone with your thoughts can sometimes be the hardest thing to do. My goal is to make that journey a little easier.
