Tiffany Chew is a product & design leader and UX career coach based in Australia, with a background in enterprise SaaS, fintech, retail, and global e-commerce. She currently leads UX for Cotton On Group’s online shopping platforms, driving conversion and growth across 9 countries. Previously, she was Head of Product Design at Touch 'n Go eWallet, Malaysia’s leading fintech product, where she led a multidisciplinary team of researchers, writers, and designers to deliver high-impact digital experiences for both users and the business. Her journey includes art direction, design education, and a decade of running and selling her own retail business, before earning a Master’s in Sustainable Development Management. Ex-Chapter Lead for Ladies that UX (Kuala Lumpur) that aim to foster a supportive design community. These diverse experiences shaped her belief in aligning personal growth with career ambition while driving human-centered, commercially viable outcomes. As a UX career coach, she mentors designers, writers, and researchers through career transitions, leadership development, and long-term growth. Her approach blends design thinking, strategic clarity, and introspective autonomy, helping individuals uncover their mission and take focused, disciplined action.
