Detailed Roadmap:

Session 1: Discovery & Interest Area Analysis

  - We’ll begin by exploring your interests, passions, and what you love doing. This session is all about uncovering ideas that resonate with you on a personal level.

  - Questions to explore: What excites you? What activities do you find fulfilling?

Session 2: Feasibility & Investment Planning

  - In this session, we’ll dive into the financial aspects, including your available investment, overhead criteria (OH), and potential revenue streams and suggest you 4 ideas we feel are suitable for you, from which you can deliberate and eradicate 2 ideas you feel are not aligned with your goals and/or interests.

  - Questions to explore: What are your financial goals? How much are you willing to invest? What’s your risk tolerance?

Session 3: Strategic Validation & Scalability

  - We’ll assess the scalability of your idea, its potential for passive income or valuation growth, and the freedom index to see how it fits with your lifestyle goals. We will further suggest 4 ideas & your job will again be to eradicate 2 ideas from their in accordance with your feasibility.

  - Questions to explore: Can this idea scale? Will it provide passive income? Does it align with your desired work-life balance?

Session 4: Implementation & Team Dynamics

  - Finally, we’ll look into the practical aspects of the 4 shortlisted ideas, including team dependencies, time allocation, geographical considerations, and jointly decide which business you should start on your own or if it's better for you to join an existing startup.
