About me

By Pedigree - an Engineer who chose to get an MBA (in Finance & Marketing). That said, I found my purpose & passion with all things Customer Success, Revenue/ Account Management & Advocacy. I continue to build on my skills by creating & scaling high performing Customer Success Teams that drive Implementation, Training, Success, Support & Advocacy to retain & grow revenue by ensuring customer success. Last almost 2 decades in the industry have taught me not only what we should do in B2B SaaS organization to make a Customer successful once they enter our doors; but also what we absolutely shouldn’t. And the more I work on my craft : the more I know play-books are meant to be rewritten (for everything) - Onboarding, Training, Business Success Planning & Strategy, Right Product Adoption, Ongoing Product Support, Advocacy, Revenue (Renewal, Upsell, Cross-sell) and much more. I firmly believe truly authentic organizations bet on people and people help organizations get to meteoric heights. I also have come to build a philosophy that Customer Success is an organization Mindset & not just a one/few Teams. In the longer version about me: I got the exposure of customer/ account management & problem solving from the very beginning of my career. This has helped me learn & grow through-out in order to develop skills required to understand business problems, manage & support clients/businesses, quickly learn products, figure out the best possible solutions to offer and add value to an organization's processes, products and services. I have had the opportunity to set up multiple teams, processes, tools & operations from scratch. My business portfolio has been from $1mn to $500mn+ ARR with a team size of 0 to 250+ members. I have continued to manage the entire business/ client life-cycle- On-boarding, Product customization to the Client Requirement, Training, Product Adoption & Support, Customer Success(renewal/cross-sell/up-sell), & Business Operations. I have worked closely across a very wide range of Large Enterprises and SMBs; this has helped me in a rich experience within the B2B SAAS segment. So far I have led multiple successful teams & initiatives with tangible outcomes, every time trying to do better & more. I am always looking for new opportunities to learn & grow.
