The 1 to1 sessions were very informative and inspirational. I, coming from a technical background, could relate a lot from Srinivasan sir's experience. He patiently listens to your career problems and provides a solution to guide you to right path.

1. I was confused about what questions to ask at the end of interview. After 121 call with Srinivas Sir, he mentioned several aspects. I read recent news about the company, came to know about it's goals, projects which can be discussed during the interview. 2. I also learnt to give the proper reason for switching the job during interview. 3. Sir also suggested me to connect to interviewers via LinkedIn before the interview so that the interview process can become like a conversation and asked me change my perspective to serve the company instead of just trying to find a job.
