Every session ends with a written follow-up within 24 hours, so you are not relying on notes you took while trying to listen. Mock interviews run as real rounds rather than walkthroughs, which is uncomfortable and considerably more useful. Resume work is done against a specific job description rather than in the abstract, because that is where generic advice falls down.
