I am an academician who is skilled to harness the latent talents and potential of both students and teachers. Having 23+ years of experience in Teaching, Academic Leadership and Implementation, Student Management(60K+), Teacher Training and Development(5k+), Quality of Education, Staff Model optimization and Recruitment, and EdTech- Product development. Being a progressive educator I envisage a school culture that encourages continuous improvement for teachers and students. I have worked extensively to develop systems to link learning gaps with the teaching-learning process so that learning can happen at the right level. I have also been at the helm of developing a system of online teacher training and online student learning (Product planning and design, product training, operation optimization, website monitoring, implementation, and customer satisfaction).
