I approached Seema to help strategize our brand launch and display signage board of our offline store. Even though I own multiple brands this new brand launch was a challenge in itself. 1. the new brand had products at a different price-point 2. a different segment of audience/customers 3. but same hero product from one of the existing brands. She told us a simple case study example of BMW as a parent company and that we should brand and launch it as though we are launching our own Mini Cooper.
