Brilliant ! Saurabh told us to spend less money on ads and focus more on CRM & he gave some interesting ideas around automation.Our digital agency never even suggested those. We can reduce our marketing budgets by 20% at least , probably 30%. For Facebook ads he suggested some AI tools to but we are yet to implement them.
