I am an IB Programme Leader at International Baccalaureate, where I collaborate with other IBEN members to support schools in IB MYP implementation. I also lead workshops and trainings for IB educators, coordinators, and heads of schools, sharing my knowledge and experience in concept based curriculum and instruction, a pedagogical approach that fosters critical thinking, inquiry, and interdisciplinarity. With over 20 years of teaching experience in different curricula, boards, and settings, I have developed a passion for education and a commitment to lifelong learning. I have honed my skills in tutoring, educational leadership, curriculum development, and instructional coaching, working with diverse students and educators from different backgrounds, cultures, and needs. My mission is to empower learners and educators to achieve their full potential and to create positive change in the world. I also provide instructional coaching, personal and work culture coaching for professionals to become leaders in their fields.
