Rishabh has a gift to hold space which allows hidden vulnerabilities to bloom - where we can be proud of our feelings rather than feel ashamed or afraid of them. Rishabh has this very astute ability to make a space very welcoming and safe. He is equal parts facilitator and participant - which makes you want to engage and most importantly share your most vulnerable thoughts/ feelings.
