Hello Rashim, First of all, I want to thank you for getting me the opportunity to be a part of your workshop. I need to tell you that last time when I talked to you for 30 minutes, you were successful to change my mindset. I went back and stated talking in the meetings like a lead. My voice was heard by our VP and others. He thanked me personally. I really want to thank you & Hellen for your guidance. After they have invited me to share my thoughts in all hands which was my dream. My yearly review was so good. Unfortunately due the Cisco merger, not sure where I will be in future. For today’s workshop was excellent with examples. I can relate to them because I have faced them in my life but but never realized what tool to use and how. The best part was to pointing us where to put the energy and get a sponsor. I still I do not know what is the next steps for my career path and how to implement. The next 6 weeks class that you mentioned, what time in a day it will occur? I wish I can interact with you more! Thanks Kumkum
