I’m a qualitative and UX researcher, writer, and culture decoder, drawn to the way people make decisions, form beliefs, and interact with technology (and each other). Over the past 20+ years, I’ve led research for products across AI, consumer goods, finance, automotive, media, and public health. My work lives at the intersection of systems and selves, where user needs meet lived experience, and where strategy learns to tell better stories. These days, I offer mentorship to researchers at all stages, help writers shape clearer narratives, and support founders looking to decode what users actually want. I don't do magic formulas, but I do ask sharp questions, spot patterns, and bring a calm, curious brain to the table. Come with questions, drafts, dilemmas.. or just a hunch.
