Most recently, shaped the growth initiatives for FSMK Singapore - the region's largest Neobank (Backed by Sequoia & Softbank Vision fund) focussed on creating capital access across SouthEast Asian SMEs.
Also led one of Times Group's most successful marketplace products viz Magicbricks.com. Formerly - as Business & Product Head of Shaadi.com, was responsible for the company's P&L, Growth, Product/UX & Marketing /Brand mandates
Grew consistently in ~19 yrs, on the back of a demonstrated ability to turn-around markets & deliver sustainable growth in Market Share, User Engagement and Retention. Evangelised the 'Growth' function @People Group & deployed several high-velocity high-impact initiatives by use of successive RATs on micro-cohorts. Sharply defined User-hypotheses and quick incremental A/B testing were key to delivering consistent YOY growth in FY19 for Shaadi.com
Was based in London for 3.5 years, leading People Group’s efforts globally to develop their international footprint . Returned to India in 2016 as Growth Director , and was soon moved up as Business& Product Head. A data-informed & action-biased leader & a key executive driving Shaadi.com’s success as a household product & brand.
