This workshop is all about taking you through the techniques of making any tea cake/ pastry that you want to make. It's about giving you detailed information about the building blocks of creating tea cakes and assorted cakes.
This is a demonstrative workshop. I will take you through the aspects of baking, assembling, garnishing, and storing all tea cakes. Everything should stay fresh, soft, stable, and in place. You want to include all elements to make it flavorful while making sure the cake is looking stunning and is travel safe.
2. Shelf life and storage: Two very important aspects for any dessert are its shelf life and how to store it. A few tips and tricks go a long way in making your life so much easier and your desserts stay fresh, always.
3. Garnishing: I am all about keeping things simple and beautiful. I want to take you through ideas of how one can make their cakes look stunning without the unnecessary hassle of complicated garnishes. There is so much you can do with fresh ingredients!
