This 1:1 session combines counselling psychology with expressive arts practices to help explore emotions in a gentle and reflective way.


Expressive arts can help people process feelings that are sometimes difficult to express through words alone. Through simple creative activities and guided conversation, we work toward greater emotional awareness, regulation, and clarity.


This session may be helpful for:


• Children and teens navigating emotions, school stress, or behavioural challenges

• Parents seeking insight into their child’s emotional needs

• Educators and shadow teachers looking to understand behaviour more deeply

• Adults who want a creative and reflective way to process emotions


Sessions are adapted to the individual and may include drawing, colour work, simple creative exercises, and reflective dialogue.


The goal is not artistic skill but creating a safe space to notice emotions, understand patterns, and develop tools for calm, focus, and emotional wellbeing.
