I collaborated with my team and managers to streamline the feedback process by integrating it into the interview invitation through our Applicant Tracking System. As a result, we consistently received timely feedback, enhancing our recruitment efficiency.
Also I orchestrated a successful job fair event for unionized roles. I made the strategic decision to change the timing from 4-7 PM to 2-5 PM, resulting in a remarkable 60% increase in foot traffic compared to the previous event. Working collaboratively with my team, we successfully filled over 150 positions.
