About me

While Change is Inevitable, Growth is Intentional. Hello, I am Rashi Bajaj. I have been engaged in the space of mental health for over 3 years now. My approach emphasises not just delivering evidence-based interventions but fostering an open, genuine dialogue between myself and my clients. I view this dialogue as the meeting point between your personal experiences and the therapeutic environment. As I understand it is a gradual process, I aim to help them become more self-reliant and realise their full potential. Having worked with diverse populations, I am flexible in my approach, adapting to the specific needs and requirements of each client to provide the most effective treatment possible. I have had the opportunity of working with a large spectrum of clinical concerns like anxiety and related disorders like OCD, phobias, mood disorders, depression, sleep concerns, interpersonal relationship concerns, stress and other related concerns. In my opinion strength lies in providing a safe space to explore difficulties whilst feeling supported and empowered. My therapy approach uses a mix of Behavioural, Cognitive Behavioural,Mindfulness therapy techniques clubbed with a client centred framework supporting it. This range of experiences has equipped me with the skills to address both large-scale mental health initiatives and in-depth therapeutic interventions.
