About me

I am passionate about helping leaders take their organizations from scrappy to sustainable, by aligning and operationalizing strategy, culture and equity. I do this by building both inclusive talent infrastructure, aligned operational processes and leadership capacity. I've been a teacher, founding principal, Board Chair, Chief People Officer, coach and now business owner. Leveraging my experience, I help translate ideas into action with high-impact solutions. I also provide leadership coaching for emerging, mid-level and senior-level leaders.
