In campus recruitment roles, I pioneered innovative hiring methods and programs to bridge academic-industry gaps, reflecting my ability in leadership, stakeholder engagement, and program development. My global HR strategies and initiatives across multiple countries showcased my skills in market analysis and adaptation. As the Head of HR, I've scaled teams, initiated wellness programs, and restructured compensation, highlighting my strengths in strategic HR management, rapid team scaling, and performance management.
