This fee is required to formally initiate your case under our documentation and embassy filing support services.

Upon payment, we will:

• Open and register your individual case file

• Assign a unique file reference number

• Initiate employer coordination (where applicable)

• Begin eligibility verification and document review

• Reserve your processing slot within our system

The individual file number will be issued to you after payment confirmation and will be used for all future communication and tracking.

• This €199 is a non-refundable registration and processing activation fee.

• The fee covers administrative work, employer communication, and internal case handling.

• Payment confirms your intention to proceed and reserves your case slot.

• This fee is separate from the full service fee and will be adjusted within the final service structure where applicable.

We do not act as a recruiter or employment agency.
