About me

Hello, Welcome to my coaching page! Who am I ? I am a researcher and Professor of Leadership and Diversity. As a coach, I aim to support individuals overcome barriers to their personal and professional growth, wherever they may be in their life. My focus is on navigating career transitions, be that in moving into a new role, identifying a new direction in work, or returning to workforce. As a coach, I can help you bring more awareness about your self as well as your current situation and take specific actions to move toward your desired goals. I hold a PhD in Management (Organizational Behavior) from IESE Business School and Masters in Human Resources Management from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. In the last 15 years, I have had many (re-)starts to my career: first as an Engineer, an HR professional, and finally as an academic. I have lived and worked in five different countries across three continents, which has greatly shaped my identity, personality and how I see life.
