About me

For the past decade, I have been actively helping to grow large companies with over 400M€ in sales. However, I was really unhappy. But when, in 2020, my first child Leonardo was born, I realised that I no longer had time to waste. If I was truly good at delivering results to the company, I had to figure out how to do it while maintaining a balanced approach to the energy I invested. I formulated a hypothesis: If my bosses (C-level executives) were approaching me for recommendations on: - How to organise the digital team - Which CRM to adopt and why - How to increase conversions quickly - Training sales and marketing teams Maybe becoming a strategic consultant to guide more C-level exec. or entrepreneurs in these decisions could have been a great opportunity for growth. Thanks to my direct experience with corporate issues, I could bring a huge competitive advantage to my clients. Growth is my first value after family. Therefore, I slowly began to build my role as a Trusted Advisor: I taught a course on Learnn I took a position in Salesforce I explained to C-level executives the importance of having a 360-degree view of the customer However, I had to be careful since I had already brought results. I had to change the paradigm. In 2020, I began helping Anna with her budding dental business. I worked on optimising every single aspect of her marketing and CRM, squeezing out all possible benefits from digital processes. The results were phenomenal. - Her practice revenue went from 5k to 35k per month in just 6 months - She got over 380 reviews and she is now top of mind - We are invited to teach courses for ASOs and dentists. Speaking of results, here are mine: - I hired and managed 3 teams (marketing, sales, and service) of over 25 people, resulting in revenue growth of 15% YoY - I managed Pampers Loyalty, with over 200k subscribers in just 6 months, raising the app store rating from 3.5 to 4.9 - I launched CRM B2B projects, providing training to over 150 sales reps, resulting in a monthly growth of 40% - I taught courses to entrepreneurs, CIOs, CMOs, and CEOs - I helped big brands adopt complex solutions through discovery, workshops, and demos. Today, I share my experience through LinkedIn to convey two things: 1) Bringing results is my passion, and I explore all possible ways to improve effectiveness. 2) Often, results seem difficult to achieve (ask my wife about July 2019), but once you understand how to achieve them, life will smile at you.
