Welcome to TopMate! My name is Dr. Sanjeet Kumar, and I'm thrilled to share a bit about myself and my journey. With a doctorate from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology Delhi and a master's degree from Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, I bring over 12 years of rich experience in the realm of Research and Development, particularly focusing on materials, metallurgy, and tribology. Currently, I'm honored to be a part of the Research and Development/New Product Development division at Bharat Forge Ltd., where I continuously strive to innovate and push the boundaries of technology. My expertise spans across various sectors including automotive, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, defense, and power. As a founding member of the IIT Roorkee Alumni Mentorship Program, I am deeply committed to nurturing the next generation of talent, guiding them towards their professional aspirations. Moreover, as an active member of the IIT Delhi alumni community, I find immense joy in mentoring and conducting mock interviews for students, helping them prepare for the challenges ahead. My passion lies in exploring cutting-edge solutions to complex technical problems, and I'm dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the field of research and development.
