We're looking forward to hiring a entry-level Digital Marketing Project Manager to join our Learn & Earn Program. We train, mentor, and empower fresh talent to become high-performing digital marketing professionals. Whether you're a fresher, a career switcher, or someone with raw talent, our Learn & Earn Program is designed for you to get mentored, gain hands-on experience, work on real client projects, and get paid opportunities as you upskill.

While this is a full-time program requiring atleast 7-9hrs/day commitment, 6 days a week, with full time and location flexibility, where we'll train you absolutely no cost at your end. And allocate you real-world projects to implement practically. While the on-site opportunities require you to be in Mumbai, Remote opportunity is for entry-level candidates anywhere based off India, If you have a Remote/Onsite Opportunity we give you the option to choose between either of them based on your location and convenience. This role is ideal for those who have worked in performance marketing, branding, or digital strategy and are looking to take their expertise to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Oversee SEO, content marketing, and email marketing initiatives.
• Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Lead and mentor junior marketing team members.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging digital technologies.

While this is a part-time/full-time program requiring atleast 5-8hrs/day commitment, 6 days a week, with full time and location flexibility, where we'll train you absolutely no cost at your end. And allocate you real-world projects to implement practically. While the on-site opportunities require you to be in Mumbai, This Remote opportunity is for entry-level candidates anywhere based off India. While experience is valued, this is more of an entry level hiring drive where we're primarily hiring students who are still studying and are open to become leaders in their industry.
